Pialligo Estate wedding Canberra

Laura & Stefan had a stunning wedding day at Pialligo Estate in Canberra. The constant smiles, laughs, and even a few tears made it a really special wedding to be part of.

It was a great mini road trip for me travelling a couple of hours down from Bowral. The preparations were at the Vibe Hotel and it was a very cool place with a huge circular central atrium. Stefan and the boys cracked gags the whole time but had some serious moments too – you can tell these guys are really good mates.

Laura was across the hall getting ready and her dress and shoes were so beautiful – check out the heels! I loved the emotion and excitement Laura’s parents had seeing her getting ready – their second wedding in just a few years and both children now married.

It was then onto Pialligo Estate and what a stunning wedding venue this is! I love the architecture of the buildings and the ceremony area was fantastic with a great outlook and a big Canberra sky above.

After the ceremony we did some bridal party photos in the shade of the olive trees nearby and then it was back to the barns and buildings. The reception hall was stunning with white cloth hanging from the ceilings and the tables beautifully styled.

An absolute highlight of the day for me was feeling so much like a member of the family as I had previously shot Lauren & Rick’s wedding in Bowral a couple of years earlier and had a great connection with all the Corkhill side.
